REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds on any of our programs. However, we do allow you to switch to a different program or to apply a credit to your account. To switch weeks OR cancel to receive a credit we need the request in writing. Please email us at info@5tooltraining.com with the details.
Credit Cards: A 2.9% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
To receive a credit:
Camps/Bootcamps must be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance, by the Sunday of the week prior to the camp.
Rental/Lessons must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Rentals/Lessons booked the day of are not subject to credits if canceled.
Birthday Parties must be postponed 30 days in advance to receive a credit.
The credit is good for 1 year from the date of the original scheduled program.
Monday - Thursday: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
Friday: 12:00PM - 6:30PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00PM
