A tip of 18% will be added to the cost of the service to your party (not including the price of any food package) and given to your party hosts.

Booking and Cancellation Policy For Parties:

BOOK EARLY FOR PREFERRED DATE AND TIME

Birthday parties MUST be booked at least 7 DAYS in advance (IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE).  There is a nonrefundable $50 deposit fee due on the date booked. It will go towards the total price of your party.

*If you decide to cancel your party 30 days before the party date, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your deposit to use on other programs. There are no refunds.

REFUND POLICY: 

We do not offer refunds on any of our programs.  However, we do allow you to switch to a different program or to apply a credit to your account. To switch weeks OR cancel to receive a credit we need the request in writing. Please email us at info@5tooltraining.com with the details.

To receive a credit: Camps must be rescheduled 7 days in advance and lessons/bootcamps must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

The credit is good for 1 year from the date of the original scheduled program.

Monday - Thursday: 12:00PM - 8:00PM

Friday: 12:00PM - 6:30PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00PM
