Pitching - WednesdayS at 7pm(starting in september we will offer age groups on wednesdays 6pm 8-12, 7pm 13+), fridays at 5pm, Sundays at 3pm
*Come learn how to get the most out of your body while learning the fundamentals of pitching from the pros. We cater our instruction to your talents and focus on proper body technique with a commitment to conditioning.
*Pitchers must bring their own catcher to all training sessions.
Hitting - wednesdays 6pm, Saturdays 10am, sundays 4pm (Sundays are moving to 2pm on September 8th)
*Take your offensive game to the next level! Our hitting bootcamps focus on technique, timing and pitch selection. Learn how to improve contact, power and the ability to hit to all fields.
Defense and Agility - wednesdays 7pm
*Come learn how to become a better defender by using proper footwork and trusting your hands. This bootcamp will focus on getting your body into the proper position in order to set yourself up to make any play that comes your way. Come train with us and turn your talent into skill.
Slapping - wednesdays 6pm
*Come learn the proper footwork and barrel control to get on base for your team. We cover soft slap, hard slap, power slap and bunting depending on your current experience. Time to put pressure on the defense and increase your on base percentage!
g.a.p.s.s - mondays 7pm, tuesdays 6pm, fridays 6pm, Saturdays 11am, sundays 12pm (beginning september 8th)
*You do not want to miss this fast paced, high intensity training. This isn't just your average speed and agility class! Perfect for baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, hockey, field hockey and lacrosse players. This is a co-ed bootcamp and is capped at 6 players to ensure individual attention for the athletes.
